MISFITS COMPETITION

Get the prize before they nick it

A group of low level offenders find their dull community service suddenly enlivened by a storm of enormous hailstones. That's not all, each of them is given a special power when they are struck by lightning. Far from putting on a cape and saving the world, these kids find the powers a pain, but soon dead bodies are piling up all around.

The first series of MISFITS comes to the shiny disc formats on December 28th 2009. Written by Howard Overman (Merlin), it's a gritty, funny tale firmly set in the real world with salty language and themes. You can read the full review here.

Extras on the DVD include the documentary featurettes about the filming of the hailstorm and final rooftop sequence and the casting of the series as well as a group of films taken on Simon's cameraphone that feature in the show.

This two disc set can be yours for the princely sum of nought pence thanks to the wonderful folks at 4DVD and Momentum. Just enter the competition below before midnight on January 31st (UK time).
